Vision

The Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste and the Weaker Sections in the operational area would lead an indigenous, decent and dignified life free from social, economical, cultural and political bondage.



Mission

Empowering the partner community by strengthening local institutions and good governance to gain access to primary education, health and livelihood options.



Goal

The prime goal of SWWS is to improve the quality of life of the partner community through asserting their constitutional rights for primary education, primary health and control over the resources.



Objective

  • To foster the spirit of Solidarity, brotherhood and cooperation among the members of the Weaker Sections of the Society.
  • To raise the status and improve the condition of life of Adivasis, harizans and other oppressed classes.
  • To secure effective and complete unity among the Adivasis, Harizans and other oppressed classes.
  • To affiliate and be affiliated to other institutions connected with the promotion of the Welfare of the Weaker Sections.
  • To endeavour to educate and generally ameliorate in a very way the position of the member of the weaker Sections and in pursuance of these objects to provide such benefits as funds and conditions may permit.
  • To make all arrangements for the prosecution and defence of any legal proceeding in which the members of the weaker Sections are involved, when such prosecution or defence is undertaken for the purpose of the welfare of the weaker sections.
  • To make arrangements for adult education by conducting night classes to Adivasis, Harizans and other oppressed sections of the Society.
  • To take all steps for protecting the members of the Society in the discharge of their duties.
